If you’ve found yourself wondering this question, it may be a good indication that therapy would be appropriate for you. If someone in your life has suggested therapy for you, it’s understandable that you may feel resistance to the process. But it’s helpful to remember that therapy is a completely voluntary process. You will not be “forced to change”.
As long as you feel it’s necessary. Unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all prescription for psychotherapy, there are treatment goals that we arrive at together and work toward.
